At the core of my work is relationship building. I spend a lot of time listening and understanding what our channel leads, marketing teams, and operators are actually trying to solve. Creative is not about checking a box or pushing work through a ticketing system. It is about asking the right questions. What is the real problem? What is the business impact? How can creative thinking move
us forward?
I lead a multidisciplinary team, and that means supporting them as people as much as creatives. I make sure they have what they need, that they are included in the right conversations, and that they have a seat at the table early enough to do their best work. Reporting directly to the CMO helps me stay close to our business goals and translate them into creative strategies that matter. That is the work I care about. Building trust, solving problems, and leading teams in a way that creates real momentum for the brand.
